摘 要：高校的专利申请数和授权数近几年来持续创出新高，这既与国家对专利工作的重视有关，也与高校自身在科研力量方面的优势相关。当前高校的专利工作难点既来自于高校管理层和科研人员对专利制度的曲解，又涉及到做为无形资产的专利权的转让与实施；它既是一项独立的专业性较强的工作，又与高校的科研工作密不可分。本文从分析目前高校专利工作存在的主要问题入手，提出了若干对策。
The Problems and Countermeasures on Patent Work in Universities

Abstract: In the past few years, the number of universities patent application and award had continued mounted up, which is related to the advantages of universities in research as well as the government’s recognition on the patent work. The difficulties of current patent work in universities are from the misunderstanding to the patent system and from the transfer and implementation of patent right as intangible asset. Patent work is independent and professional, which is related to the research work of universities closely and inseparably. Starting from analyzing the main problems on patent work in universities, this paper brings forward some countermeasures.
