摘 要:在新技术革命和全球经济一体化加速发展的大背景下，国防知识产权的重要性日显突出，对建立旨在维护国防安全的国防知识产权危机预警和管理机制提出日益迫切的要求。本文分析了目前我国国防知识产权的现状，对建立国防知识产权危机预警和管理机制提出了建议和构想。
Early Warning and Manage Mechanism Construction of National Defence Intellectual Property Rights

Abstract: Base on the accelerate development of new technique revolution and integration of world economy, national defence intellectual property rights is more importment. It’s exigent to construct early warning and manage mechanism to mainten the national defence. This paper analyses the actuality of our national defence, and gives suggests for the construction.
