摘 要:本文首先介绍了目前曲面数控加工中几种常用的刀具运动轨迹生成算法.然后重点对采用等参数线算法进行曲面数控加工的工艺问题进行了分析,介绍了加工误差产生的来源。
A Study on the Three-coordinate Ball-end Cutter in Curve Surface NC Machining

Abstract: Firstly, this paper introduces some familiar arithmetics that have been used in the surface NC machining to produce tool movement locus. Secondly, it analyzes the technical problem about surface NC machining that used equal parameter line arithmetic, meanwhile, introduces the cause of machining error produced.
