摘 要：当前企事业单位的档案信息管理方式尽管实现了办公自动化，但是并没有实现网络化的信息集成管理，本文对该档案信息管理系统进行了总体的结构设计和功能设计，采用模块化的思想，遵照SOA(面向服务架构)软件开发理念，采用多层B/S(浏览器/服务器)体系结构，以系统管理员和浏览者两条主线进行开发，分别对信息管理系统进行了功能设计、逻辑设计，从而构建了档案信息管理平台系统，真正实现了信息的网络化管理。

Abstract: Currently, the management mode of file information in companies has carried out office automation, but it did not make the information management be networking. In this paper, the structure and function of this file information management system were designed in detail, and the function and the logic design were finished, so that there developed a new information management system, which was designed based on the SOA exploiting methods and taken use of B/S structure, and the file information management system was exploited as two different roles, the browser and the manager. All of this work of developing the new information management system for students carries out managing information based on WEB.
