摘 要：现代物流作为一种先进的组织方式和管理技术,在全球经济范围内已普遍被认为是企业在降低物资消耗、提高劳动生产率以外的“第三方利润源”,在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着重要的作用。近年来,郑州物流业借助现存的一些优势,有了一定的发展,但其发展中也存在着很多亟待解决的问题。文章就郑州市第三方物流企业存在的问题展开了分析，并针对性的提出了相应的对策。
Status Analysis and Countermeasure Research on Third Party Logistics Enterprise in Zhengzhou City

Abstract: Modern logistics is one kind of advanced organization way and management technique, is regarded as the "third party profit source " of enterprise while other two are reducing consumption of materials and improving productivity, is making important effect in national economy and social development. In recent years, the Zhengzhou logistics industry base on the existing advantage, has had certain development, but has also existed problems to be solved. This paper analyses the problem that exists in the third party logistics enterprise in Zhengzhou City, then brings forward countermeasure.
