摘  要：目前，我国科技成果鉴定正处于变革过程中，本文通过分析阐明了进行科技成果鉴定的真正目的；指出了由政府科技主管部门组织鉴定工作是成果鉴定产生诸多弊端的本质原因；论述了规范科技中介机构组织科技成果鉴定的具体做法。

Reform and Countermeasures of the Assessment Objective and Organization Way on the Scientific and Technological Achievement

Abstract：At present, the assessment of scientific and technological achievement is still in the reform process. In this paper, the real objective of the assessment is firstly analyzed and clarified. Then the essential reason of many problems in the assessment is pointed out which is produced by the science and technology administration department of government. Finally, the concrete ways for the assessment of scientific and technological achievement are discussed based on the criterion of S&T medium organizations.
