摘 要：2007年8月31日胡锦涛总书记在全国优秀教师代表座谈会上的讲话：“要全面实施素质教育，普及和巩固义务教育、大力发展职业教育、提高高等教育”，可见职业教育是我国民国教育的重要组成部分。职业教育的发展关键在于职教师资素质。本文通过对计算机职教师资本科教育的现状分析，以学生未来职业生涯规划为切入点，运用“行为导向”的教学法来实现“双师型”教师的培养。
