摘 要：发挥高校的科技优势，为地方行业服务已不仅是高校的一种社会服务功能的体现，更成为了历史发展的必然。本文就这个问题展开讨论，分析在这种历史潮流的驱动下，高校应当采取何种措施，推动行业科技进步，服务地方经济社会发展。

Abstract: Taking advantage of university science and technology to serve the local industry development is not only one kind of university social service function but also the necessity of historical development.
