摘 要：信息技术的发展带来了教育改革的发展，多媒体技术应用于教与学的环节给传统的教学模式注入了新的活力，促进了教育现代化的进程。本文分析了影响多媒体技术提高教学效率与效果的因素，并从教师、学生、技术和管理这四个层面提出利用多媒体技术提高教学效率与效果的对策。
Making Full Use of Multimedia Techniques to Improving Teaching Efficiency and Effect

Abstract: With the development of information technology, it has brought about the development of education reform. The application of the multimedia techniques in the link of teaching and learning injects new vitality into the traditional teaching pattern and accelerates the process of education modernization. This paper analyzed the factors which affected multimedia techniques to improve teaching efficiency and effect and proposed countermeasures to make use of multimedia techniques to improve teaching efficiency and effect from four levels such as teacher, student, technology and management.
