摘 要：针对技术创新人才十分关注个体成长、工作自主和业务成就的特点，企业应将激励的重点放在其职业生涯管理上，再配合以相应的团队管理、绩效考核和薪酬管理，从而形成技术创新人才的动态激励机制。
