摘要：节能减排，是实现经济增长方式由“粗放型”向“集约型”转变，是贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求，是创建资源节约型、环境友好型社会的战略选择。文章通过对大庆石化公司节能减排的情况进行了分析和探讨，提出应从优化资源配置、炼化一体化、提高装置技术水平、清洁生产、区域联动等方面入手，推进我国石化行业节能减排工作的进行。
The Actuality and Enlightenment of the Energy Conservation of Our Country’s Petrochemical Industry——Taking Daqing Petrochemical Company as Example

Abstract: The energy conservation is the inevitably choice for Transformation of the Way of Economic Growth from extension to intensive type, and implementing and realizing the scientific development concept, is the strategic choice of founding the resource conservation and the environment friendly society. Through the analysis and discussion on the energy conservation actuality of Daqing petrochemical company, this paper puts forward that the energy conservation of our country’s petrochemical industry should start with optimizing the allocation of resources, integrating the refinery and chemical, improving the setting technology and so on.
